David is an orphan of both father and mother. He never knew his parents. His mother died few Months after he was born. Since then, the Grand-mother who was well advanced in age took him under her care. Few years later the Grand-mother after a long sickness, trusted the boy to a cousin to care for him after her death. The cousin who is not stable and not having a job, they were living in a very deplorable condition in one rental room. David needs to see an ophthalmologist for his eyes problem. Seeking for help to place David at an orphanage he was informed by people who leave in the area of the orphanage.
